Delivery Zone

Goods purchased via this Website may be delivered worldwide, with some exceptions (e.g. if an item is too large or fragile). If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us via the form on our Contact Us page.

All international orders from outside Canada and the continental USA will be shipped with DHL only. This will be the only shipping option available at the checkout.
PG will not process any order for which a post office box is provided. Goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified on your order.

Shipping Costs

Delivery costs depend on the value, dimensional weight and size of your order and the delivery service you select. We will inform you of the shipping costs for each shipping method in the order summary displayed on this Website before you confirm your order.
You will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order procedure. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes, of the goods ordered.
Please Note: Any and all duties will be your responsibility and will be determined by the customs department in accordance with the laws of your region.

Shipping Taxes

Shipping and handling charges are subject to the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) when shipped within Ontario or to other HST participating provinces in Canada (British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia). Shipping and handling charges to all other Canadian provinces and territories are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) only. International orders and those placed from within the USA are exempt from all HST and GST payments on shipping and handling charges, but may be subject to pay customs and duties as determined by the customs department in accordance with the laws of your region.


Online orders are prepared for shipping by our atelier Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm. Please allow 48 hours for processing of online orders placed during weekday business hours. 

Any orders placed over the weekend are outside of our atelier hours, and will be processed within two business days. This 48 hour time frame applies only to our internal order processing, and does not account for shipping time and any delays caused by the shipping carrier. 

Total delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen. Upon completion of online orders by our internal team, you will be notified via email of your order status and tracking information.

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at with an Exchange/ Return request within 14 days of receipt.  To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges are accepted on regular-priced merchandise that is in brand new condition (not worn or washed with tags still attached). We only refund items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, or return please send us an email at and note the reason for your exchange request.

If making an exchange, be sure to indicate the item/size/ colour needed. If you would like to return an item but do not want to do an exchange, we will issue you an online store credit once we receive the item(s) back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimates (pyjamas, bloomers)

Les achats en ligne sont préparés par notre équipe de l'atelier du lundi au vendredi de 10am a 5pm.

On demande un délai de 48 heures pour procéder aux commandes en lignes durant les heures de semaine.

Pour tous les achats faits les samedis et les dimanches ainsi que les jours fériés sont faits en dehors de l'atelier et demandent deux jours également. Ces 48 heures de delai s'appliquent uniquement aux commandes internes et ne prennant pas en considération le retard d'expédition causé par le transporteur,

Le temps de livraison dépend du choix du transporteur et vous recevrez un message courriel de notre équipe pour vous informer sur las livraison votre colis ainsi qu'un numero de repérage.

Retours et échanges

Si vous n'estes pas satisfait de votre achat vous envoyez un message expliquant les raisons à ainsi qu'une demande d'échange dans un delai de jours suivant votre achat ainsi que d'une copie de votre reçu de caisse original.

Nous n'acceptons pas les remboursements sauf si la marchandise est endommagée.

Les échanges se font uniquement sur les prix réguliers avec l'etiquette attachée a l'article.

Si vous retournez l'article sans vouloir échanger, nous vous ferons parvenir une note de credit sur le ou les articles reçus.

Si vous retourner un article de $75.00 ou plus nous vous conseillons un transporteur ayant un numéro de repérage ou soit de prendre une assurance.

Il est entendu que vous serez responsable des frais d'expédition pour le retour ces frais ne sont pas rebourses.
