SHIPPING - RETURNS | EXCHANGES - REFUND

Delivery Zone

Goods purchased via this Website may be delivered worldwide, with some exceptions (e.g. if an item is too large or fragile). If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us via the form on our Contact Us page.

All international orders from outside Canada and the continental USA will be shipped with DHL only. This will be the only shipping option available at the checkout.
PG will not process any order for which a post office box is provided. Goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified on your order.

Shipping Costs

Delivery costs depend on the value, dimensional weight and size of your order and the delivery service you select. We will inform you of the shipping costs for each shipping method in the order summary displayed on this Website before you confirm your order.
You will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order procedure. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes, of the goods ordered.
Please Note: Any and all duties will be your responsibility and will be determined by the customs department in accordance with the laws of your region.


Shipping Taxes

Shipping and handling charges are subject to the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) when shipped within Ontario or to other HST participating provinces in Canada (British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia). Shipping and handling charges to all other Canadian provinces and territories are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) only. International orders and those placed from within the USA are exempt from all HST and GST payments on shipping and handling charges, but may be subject to pay customs and duties as determined by the customs department in accordance with the laws of your region.

Time required for delivery - shipping

Online orders are prepared for shipping by our warehouse team Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm. Please allow 48 hours for processing of online orders placed during weekday business hours. 

Any orders placed over the weekend are outside of our warehouse work hours, and will be processed within two business days. This 48 hour time frame applies only to our internal order processing, and does not account for shipping time and any delays caused by the shipping carrier. 

Total delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen. Upon completion of online orders by our internal team, you will be notified via email of your order status and tracking information.

Returns - Exchanges - Refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or return please send us an email at hello@petitsgenoux.com and send your item to: 130 Oriole Parkway, Toronto, ON M5P 2G8

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimates (pyjamas, bloomers)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back until you have confirmed your potential return with us via email.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
